苏荣钦只是在打比方，把她的老东家匡义比作一段旧情里的前任，可唐秋水却连带地想到了梁渠。
她为什么想转所，归根结底还是因为他。她想割断与他的联系，以这种方式逼自己忽略他淡忘他。可同时她又希望他能因此出言挽留她，即便没有挽留，她突然的离职或许也能成为他对她的一个重要记忆点。
可她做这些时并不果断，被苏荣钦看出了她的犹豫。
唐秋水没有正面回答他的问题，而是给她这个请求找了一个听起来合理的动机：“我就是想先适应适应新环境。”
苏荣钦追问：“那要是两个月适应不了呢？”
唐秋水答不上来。
苏荣钦双手交叉放在桌上，耐心和她说清楚：“小唐，我们主任现在招助理，是想把她当未来合伙人培养的，不是招个短期实习生，这一点我希望你明白。”
“嗯，我明白。”唐秋水垂下眼睛，不知道再说什么。
苏荣钦大概是觉得她一点不会扯谎的样子有些有趣，于是和她多说了两句：“而且做我们这一行，选了一个执业方向就要从一而终，不能三心二意，要懂得爱惜自己的羽毛。”
唐秋水神思一凝，紧接着回忆的画面连成一条线，把她的心一点点地收缩缠紧，难受到极点。
再开口的话像是说给自己听的：“这些我都知道，我的带教律师跟我说过。”
她第一次见他的时候，和现在一样的场合，他就全部说过。只是当时急于就业的她，没完全听明白这些话的意思。
安静少刻，苏荣钦把她的简历还了回去，言语温和：“小唐，你再好好考虑一下。确定要来的话，咱们再联系。”
唐秋水看了眼手上的大红色笔记本，重新回到微信群聊对话框，回答了时简的那个问题：不去。
唐秋水离职后没几天，梁渠就让行政谭思帮忙在崇城律协官网上发布了一则招聘信息，并且请她帮忙从收到的简历里挑几个求职者过来面试。
谭思本来很乐意帮忙的，匡义规模大，人员流动也大，这种事情她没少做，做得很得心应手的。可谁知道梁大律师这么挑，直接把她搞破防了。
某天他又跑来九楼找她：“谭思，下周再安排几个来面试。”
谭思这回没答应，而是盯着他严肃发问：“梁律师，您到底是不是真心想招新助理？”
梁渠被她盯得发毛，心虚且结巴：“怎……怎么这么问？?s?”
谭思无奈地叹了口气，一脸爱莫能助的模样：“梁大律师，这面试您还是自己安排吧，我是不知道您想找什么样的。我说实话，就您要我发的那个招聘信息，您知道要同时满足上面几个条件有多难吗。上周最后来面的那个，好不容易满足了三个，您还是不满意，我是没办法了。”

上周最后一个过来面试的，是h大刑事司法学院的一名大四学生。
面完之后她立马在h大的实习大群里发布了一条消息，请全体同仁避雷：@所有人 家人们千万千万不要去匡义那个行政诉讼团队面试。哦不对，那压根算不上团队，里头总共就一个律师。
其他人纷纷冒出来问原因。
这位面试者义愤填膺：我是真无语，上来问什么张树义胡建淼就算了，居然还要约定六个月这么长的试用期。且试用期不给交社保，这条件能招得到人就有鬼了[再见]
众人直呼太奇葩，很难评。

等不到。
梁渠刚刚在车上问了才知道，他期望“愿者上钩”的那个人压根没打开这个网站。
或许她骗他的，她有打开过，但是一定没点进去看他发的这则招聘信息。
这哪是什么招聘信息，分明是寻人启事，职位要求里的每一个条件都是为同一个量身定制的。
其实根本不需要大费周章地列这么多，全部这些条件可以用简单的五个字替换：唐秋水优先。
梁渠躺在临城一家宾馆的床上，睡不着。
他的工作不需要出差，睡不惯宾馆的床。
当然这并不是主要原因，他觉得他现在需要做点什么，他特地从崇城跑来这里又不是真的只是为了喝老同学的喜酒。
唐秋水离职后，他每隔一段时间都要去崇城律协官网上搜一下她的名字，去确认她首次执业的律所到底是不是她口中的“观正”，或是其他。
